- Dissertation - Self-efficacy and the Gender-Specific Behaviors of Women Leaders
- Research focused on the relationship between self-efficacy and the effectiveness of female leaders in banking.
- A mixed-method study showed that stereotypical gender-specific behaviors can diminish the effectiveness of female leadership if self-efficacy is low or non-existent.
