Employee loyalty and the American psyche
Jeff Stoltman, Wayne State University School of Business Administration associate professor of marketing, talked about loyalty in the workplace during an appearance on WDET’s Detroit Today. "Loyalty, it’s a synergistic thing," says Stoltman, referencing loyalty that exists between employees and employers. He added that loyalty in the workplace can be more difficult to achieve depending on the size of the company or corporation.
