BA 7010 Global Operations and Supply Chain Management Cr. 3

Effective management of supply chains is critical to overall firm performance. Supply chain management encompasses the management of financial, material, informational and human resource flow. Globalization has increased the strategic importance of effective supply chain management, making global supply chain and operations management decisions directly correlated to customer service and firm success.
