Certificate Program Admissions

Below you'll find admissions information for our certificate programs.

 

Post-Bachelor Certificate in Accounting

Students must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a discipline area of business administration, or accounting from an accredited institution, with a grade point average of at least 2.0.

Those with degrees from WSU should contact the Registrar’s Office to change their status to ‘Post-Baccalaureate.’

Students with degrees from other institutions must complete the Application for Undergraduate Admission and request official transcripts be sent directly to the Office of Admissions.  Click here to learn more.

Graduate Certificate in Business

Admission to the program is contingent upon admission to the Wayne State University Graduate School. A cumulative 3.0 GPA in undergraduate coursework is required. Click here to apply.

Current and previously enrolled Wayne State University graduate students do not have to re-apply, but must complete the Graduate Change of Status form to enter the program.
